The following is a sampling of statements about coaching; each is fictionalized to hide the client identity but authentic in substance. Business is varied and diverse but these represent some of the more common situations that my coaching clients have experienced.

"I have a family member in the business and he’s a problem.  I want to do something before the problem becomes a train wreck.  I need coaching to help make this work both for the business and the family."

"I am a hired gun and need to make my numbers to stay on as CEO."

"I want to live more of a life and enjoy some of what I feel I have earned in the business.  If I spend all my energy on the business I’m beginning to think there won’t be any life left for me.  I know that sounds pathetic but people just don’t understand how much of myself I put into this place.  They also don’t seem to be stepping up to make it easier for me either."

"I’m looking for someone to challenge me in ways no one on my team can.  I also need someone to cut through the BS."
