These Journeys are snapshots of the types of journeys most CEOs experience — whether they choose to or not. The word “journey” is defined as the act of traveling from one place to another but it also has the meaning of a passage from one stage or experience to another. The Oxford dictionary goes further to define “journey” as a long and often difficult process of personal change and development. We would add to that “rewarding”.
